Description: 10-week summer role (June 8 - August 14) supporting research and design of innovative guarantee solutions to address the personal guarantee gap in employee ownership transitions. The associate will help develop pilot structures, define investor participation models, and create communications materials about the Lab's role in scaling employee ownership investing.
