Eligibility: Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations with IRS 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) determinations, faith-based organizations, universities and educational institutions, and private enterprises. Organizations may collaborate voluntarily but collaboration does not earn additional points towards grant scores.
