Eligibility: Award recipients must be based in the Northeast Region of the United States, which includes Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Solutions can be in any stage of development from conception through maturity, but there must be opportunity to scale the innovation. Solutions can come from any organizational model, including nonprofit/NGO, for-profit/social enterprise, government entity, university or educational institution, or an individual.
