Eligibility: Applicants must have a minimum of five years of experience in relevant fields, with eligibility to work in Canada, the EU, Kenya, or the US. Non-linear careers are welcome, and selection is based on transferable skills rather than credentials. Candidates should be ambitious, resourceful, and committed to justice-oriented work.
