Eligibility: Applicants must be registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization or international equivalent, operate in the United States with program activities focused within the U.S., and be independent of political parties. Organizations must demonstrate experience supporting nonclinical mental health providers, have a clear focus on youth populations, show strategic pipeline thinking, and use a workforce development approach. Each applicant may submit only one proposal requesting between $250,000 and $500,000 for the full grant period.
