Eligibility: Eligible organizations include Community Action Program agencies, community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, local and tribal governments and their agents, housing organizations and stakeholders, unions and workforce partners with a nexus to building electrification, Community Development Financial Institutions, and partnerships led by these types of organizations. Organizations must operate within Maine and have relevant stakeholder experience in LMI communities.
