Maine Community Grant - New England Heat Pump Accelerator — Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC)
Grants for community-led initiatives to increase heat pump adoption in low- and moderate-income Maine households.
Funding: $100,000-$400,000
Eligibility: Eligible organizations include Community Action Program agencies, community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, local and tribal governments and their agents, housing organizations and stakeholders, unions and workforce partners with a nexus to building electrification, Community Development Financial Institutions, and partnerships led by these types of organizations. Organizations must operate within Maine and have relevant stakeholder experience in LMI communities.
