Eligibility: Eligible applicants must implement workforce training programs in one of twelve specified green economy occupations across industries including renewable energy, green construction, environmental infrastructure, grid resilience, clean transportation, or energy efficiency. Programs must be in-person or hybrid, target residents of New Jersey's Overburdened Communities, include direct workforce training with industry-recognized credentials, and demonstrate connections to near-term job opportunities through employer partnerships and labor market research.
