Eligibility: Open to anyone or any team with no restrictions except judging panel members and their immediate family. Applicants must be ready to launch a venture focused on distributing proven poverty interventions (not prototypes) in the developing world. Students or those with existing commitments should have a clear transition plan to become full-time founders. All business models (for-profit, non-profit, hybrid) are eligible.
