Eligibility: Applicants must be deeply connected to communities impacted by their work and committed to centering community voice. They should be self-motivated, creative problem solvers with a clearly defined idea ready for initial testing or piloting, the expertise and capacity to pursue the work, and readiness to execute a pilot within six months of receiving the award.
