Funding: $495,000 - $825,000

Eligibility: Applicants must be existing cross-sector collaborations including representatives from the community, nonprofit sector, and public sector. Collaborations must be member-driven with a designated backbone organization, intentionally center community members with lived experience in decision-making, have a track record of working together with shared vision and strategy, and effectively manage core collaborative functions. Must be implementing solutions with potential for citywide or countywide scale and systems change, include direct services to target populations, and be in Phase II (LAUNCH) or Phase III-IV (GROWTH) of development.
