Description: AFC seeks a Government Relations Director or Associate Director to develop and drive bipartisan flood policy on Capitol Hill and with federal agencies. The role involves building relationships with Congressional offices and the administration, tracking legislative developments, and crafting policy communications to advance flood resilience solutions.

Qualifications: 5+ years of blended experience in the House or Senate, a federal agency role, government relations firm, or nonprofit/trade association/corporation government relations role; deep networks across relevant Congressional committees; strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal and coalition-building skills; strong political and strategic instincts; Bachelor's degree required.
