Description: The Associate Director for Events will oversee end-to-end event strategy, planning, and execution for AFC's coalition, partnership, and board events, including at least 3 major convenings per year for local and state elected leaders. The role involves managing vendor negotiations, budgets, logistics, and cross-functional teams to advance AFC's flood resilience mission.
Qualifications: 7+ years of relevant experience in meeting planning, advance work, event production, and high-quality convenings for 50+ high-profile attendees; experience in coalition building, working with elected officials, and/or partnership development preferred; proficiency in Cvent, Asana, and CRM systems; Bachelor's degree required.
