Description: The American Flood Coalition (AFC) is seeking an Associate Director of Partnerships to lead stakeholder relationship strategy and expand AFC's ability to support flood-affected communities. This role involves developing AFC's first holistic industry partnership strategy, coordinating partnerships across nonprofits, corporations, and trade associations, and representing AFC at industry events and conferences. The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is based in Washington, DC.
Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and/or corporate partnership management; proven track record of building and managing partnerships; strong project management skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Bachelor's Degree required; experience in resilience, flooding, or disasters preferred.
