Description: Arcadia is seeking a Finance Business Partner to own revenue and sales forecasting, quota-setting, and commercial metrics for its combined Sales & Marketing organization following the ENGIE Impact integration. This role partners closely with the CCO and GTM leadership to translate business performance into financial insight and strategic plans.
Qualifications: 5+ years progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting; at least 2 years supporting a commercial/GTM organization in SaaS or B2B software; expert financial modeling skills; deep fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, NRR, CAC, LTV); experience with quota-setting and Sales Operations partnership; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, Salesforce and BI tools preferred; MBA/CFA and SQL/Python experience a plus.
