Salary: $230,000-$350,000
Description: Arcadia is seeking a General Counsel to serve as senior-most legal authority, driving business growth through sales enablement, M&A integration, employee relations, and enterprise risk management. The role partners closely with the CEO and Board to support high-velocity commercial deals and prepare the company for future capital events.
Qualifications: 15+ years of legal practice including in-house counsel and/or top law firm experience, prior General Counsel or senior legal leadership role in high-growth SaaS/tech, proven M&A integration experience, J.D. with strong academic credentials and active state bar membership.
