Salary: $165,000 - $205,000
Description: BlueHub Capital is seeking a Director of Credit to lead credit approval and oversight processes across its mission-driven lending programs, reporting to the Chief Credit Officer. The role oversees Credit Committee operations, risk rating administration, loan approval review, and credit policy development, while serving as a key liaison to loan closers and portfolio management teams. This position supports BlueHub's broader mission of deploying capital in communities that have been systematically denied access to financial resources.
Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in credit analysis, loan underwriting, or fund administration; degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required; Master's degree or CFA/CRC certification a plus; familiarity with CDFI Fund programs, New Markets Tax Credits, or special purpose lending programs strongly preferred.
