Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Description: The Senior Development Manager will support the Global Industry Hub at ClimateWorks Foundation by managing a portfolio of high-value funders and a global acquisition pipeline of new funder opportunities. This cross-functional role involves stewardship activities, prospect research, proposal writing, and coordination with program and finance teams to advance grantmaking revenue. The position reports to the Global Industry Hub Chief Development Officer and contributes to accelerating philanthropic capital toward heavy industry decarbonization.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 10+ years in a fast-paced development/fundraising role; experience managing a portfolio of high value individual and institutional funders; demonstrated success in proposal/grant-writing; excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong critical thinking, research, analytic, and organizational skills; experience with fundraising databases (Salesforce a plus); willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
