Salary: $175,000 – $200,000 annually
Description: CommonWealth Kitchen seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer to oversee organizational operations and lead the next phase of growth for this nonprofit food business development social enterprise. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will provide strategic leadership across finance, HR, administration, IT, and organizational systems while partnering with program leadership to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications: 12+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, operations, finance, or program leadership. Demonstrated success leading diverse, high-performing teams and fostering inclusive organizational culture. Strong people management, coaching, and operational thinking skills with ability to balance execution and long-term planning.
