Salary: $131,000-$148,000/year ($32,500-$37,000 for 13-week contract)
Description: Copper is seeking an experienced government grant writer to finalize NYSERDA reporting, manage quarterly DOE grant reporting, and help develop new grant applications. This is a three-month full-time contract with possibility of conversion to a permanent role.
Qualifications: Experience writing or revising government grants, ideally for federal or state energy programs; comfort working from existing drafts and reviewer feedback; strong attention to detail; comfort with technical material; self-managed and able to build relationships with grant program managers.
