Description: Copper is seeking a New Product Development Engineer to help design and develop mechanical systems and components for next-generation electrified home appliances. The role spans the full product development cycle, from concept exploration through prototyping, validation, and production scale-up, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications: 2–5 years of hands-on mechanical or product development engineering experience; knowledge of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, sheet metal); CAD proficiency; prototyping experience; strong communication and collaboration skills.
