Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
Description: Full Circle Communities seeks a Director of Housing Operations to lead the operational strategy and performance of its Michigan affordable and permanent supportive housing portfolio across Kalamazoo and Detroit. The role oversees site teams, financial performance, compliance with MSHDA regulations, and mission integration with service providers. This position requires extensive in-state travel and serves as the primary operational leader for Full Circle's second-largest regional footprint.
Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience with affordable housing operations; 5+ years managing site-level staff at 5+ affordable properties; expertise in LIHTC and HUD regulations; proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software; experience with new construction lease-ups; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred; MSHDA knowledge and CPM designation a plus.
