Description: Full Circle Communities seeks a Managing Director of Real Estate Development to lead its Real Estate Development team in advancing affordable housing preservation and development across Illinois, Michigan, and Iowa. The role oversees acquisition, financing, design, construction, and financial risk management across a complex portfolio of LIHTC and other publicly financed projects. The MD-RED also provides organizational leadership, staff development, and external stakeholder engagement in support of the organization's mission.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years in affordable housing development; experience with complex debt, equity, and grant financing; architectural/engineering design and construction knowledge; prior supervisory experience; strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
