Description: The FUSE Executive Fellow will develop a countywide strategy and integrated framework to align health, education, and workforce systems to strengthen economic mobility for families in Fresno County. This is a two-year fellowship in partnership with the Cradle to Career (C2C) Initiative, with Year One focused on discovery, framework development, and initial implementation, and Year Two focused on scaling solutions and embedding sustainable practices within County operations.

Qualifications: Requires 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management, from practitioner to enterprise-level leadership. Candidates must synthesize complex information into clear and concise recommendations and action-oriented implementation plans, develop and implement both strategic and operational project management plans, and generate innovative, data-driven, result-oriented solutions to complex challenges. Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing, foster collaboration across multiple constituencies, and establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, particularly community-based relationships.
