FUSE Executive Fellow to advance downtown Fresno's soccer stadium development and coordinate surrounding economic investments for inclusive community revitalization.

Description: The FUSE Executive Fellow will support the City of Fresno in advancing a downtown soccer stadium's construction and coordinating additional commercial and residential investment in the surrounding area. This work aims to promote economic development and inclusion in the Downtown and Chinatown neighborhoods, leveraging catalytic investments including high-speed rail and a real estate investment trust.
Qualifications: Candidates must have 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management, from practitioner to enterprise-level leadership. They must synthesize complex information into clear and concise recommendations and action-oriented implementation plans, develop and effectively implement both strategic and operational project management plans, and generate innovative, data-driven, and result-oriented solutions to complex challenges. Strong communication skills, collaboration across multiple constituencies, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside of government are required.
