Description: The FUSE Executive Fellow will develop a countywide strategy for renewable energy affordability and regulatory engagement for Los Angeles County's Chief Sustainability Office. This work includes conducting landscape analyses of state-level energy proceedings, advising on policy positions, assessing permitting processes, and building internal coordination systems to expand access to affordable clean energy.

Qualifications: Requires 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management, from practitioner to enterprise-level leadership. Must synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and action-oriented implementation plans, develop and implement strategic and operational project management plans, generate innovative data-driven solutions, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must foster collaboration across multiple constituencies, establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders inside and outside government, and embrace differing viewpoints with professional diplomacy.
