Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Annually
Description: Future Currents is seeking a Senior Strategist to lead research, scenario planning exercises, and strategic convenings that help progressive movement organizations prepare for future challenges and opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Foresight, this role will manage complex projects, build and maintain relationships across the progressive ecosystem, and facilitate coalition-building efforts. The ideal candidate will bring deep movement experience, strong facilitation skills, and a commitment to advancing social and economic justice.
Qualifications: 5+ years progressive leadership experience; strong track record in project and people management; experience designing and facilitating scenario-planning exercises and learning cohorts; demonstrated commitment to social and economic justice; organizing experience highly desirable; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to travel.
