Description: The Philanthropy Operations and Grants Manager serves as the operational backbone of HPN's philanthropy function, managing end-to-end grant lifecycle processes in Salesforce and coordinating cross-functional compliance workflows. This role supports HPN's goal of scaling philanthropic revenue from $3M to $6M+ annually by strengthening systems, data integrity, and grant management infrastructure. The position collaborates closely with program, finance, and analytics teams to ensure deadlines, reporting requirements, and deliverables are consistently met.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in grants management, development operations, or a related nonprofit function; strong Salesforce proficiency including NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud; demonstrated project management skills; experience with grant compliance and financial coordination; excellent written and verbal communication; proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
