Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Annually
Description: The Senior Loan Officer will expand access to capital for affordable housing developers across the Housing Partnership Network by building borrower relationships, sourcing new lending opportunities, and performing initial underwriting. This role focuses on deal structuring, pipeline development, and moving transactions from early opportunity through the term sheet stage. It is a collaborative, mission-driven position reporting to the Director of Lending.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, urban planning, or related field required; advanced degree a plus. Two to eight years of experience in commercial real estate lending focused on affordable housing. Experience with credit analysis, term sheet preparation, and Salesforce. Strong financial analysis and business development skills. Commitment to social justice and HPN's mission.
