Description: The Senior Campaign Analyst will own the technical development and launch of the U.S. Cement Mapping Tool, a publicly accessible resource mapping cement facilities and decarbonization pathways, launching March 2027. The role will expand into emerging clean electricity work, building analytical capacity to support state-level campaigns on industrial clean energy access across multiple sectors.
Qualifications: 5–8 years in power systems analysis, energy economics, utility planning, or energy policy. Strong quantitative skills with proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar; experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, GIS). Demonstrated understanding of electricity markets, grid operations, and decarbonization pathways at state or regional level, including familiarity with IRP processes, PUC proceedings, rate-making, RTOs, and FERC.
