Description: The Employer Initiatives Manager leads core communications, project coordination, and administrative systems for JFF's Center for Justice and Economic Advancement Employer Initiatives portfolio. This role manages lines of service administration, team operations, partner communications, and data tracking to support fair chance hiring practices and economic advancement for people with records of arrest, conviction, and incarceration.
Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, proficiency in SharePoint, Salesforce, Outlook, and Asana, experience managing project coordination and administrative systems, sound judgment in fast-moving environments, and passion for economic advancement and fair chance hiring practices.
