Description: Our Roots seeks a Manager of Peer Coaches to support the hiring, development, and growth of a team of full-time and contract peer coaches who provide culturally-reverent care to pregnant and postpartum communities. The role involves direct supervision of 3-5 peer coaches, facilitating reflective practice, designing management systems, and improving the coaching framework while maintaining some direct coaching practice.
