Description: Maryland LCV/EF seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead its strategic vision, oversee a team of 14, and serve as the organization's primary fundraiser and public representative. The role involves building political influence, advancing environmental policy initiatives, and strategically engaging with the Board of Directors to drive clean water, healthy air, and climate-resilient communities across Maryland.
Qualifications: 7+ years of leadership experience in policy/political advocacy organizations with expertise in fundraising, government relations, political campaigns, coalition management, and staff/organizational management; demonstrated commitment to environmental conservation and justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
