Description: The Mellon Foundation seeks a Program Assistant to support its Arts and Culture team, providing programmatic and logistical assistance to a Senior Program Associate and Program Director. Responsibilities include grants management, grantee liaison work, administrative duties, and participation in team process-improvement projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in the arts, culture, and humanities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in arts or humanities or equivalent; 1-3 years relevant experience; familiarity with literary arts and nonprofit organizations; strong written communication and organizational skills; proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite; ability to manage budgets and financials; experience in nonprofit or grants administration preferred.
