Description: Lead the development and launch of Montgomery County's pioneering Community Choice Aggregation program serving 350,000 electricity accounts as the first CCA in Maryland and the mid-Atlantic region. Oversee electricity procurement, regulatory compliance, team building, and customer-focused program operations to reduce costs, increase renewable energy deployment, and help eliminate greenhouse gas emissions by 2035.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 7 years of professional experience in electricity markets, energy programs, or utility operations, with 3 years in supervisory or executive capacity. Direct CCA program leadership experience and expertise in electricity procurement, regulatory compliance, and customer program development preferred.
