Description: Movement Labs seeks experienced organizers to lead regional teams of 12-15 Neighborhood Captains for the 2026 General Election. This role involves managing and coaching teams, ensuring data quality control, and conducting direct voter outreach to drive turnout in critical battleground areas.
Qualifications: 2-3+ years of experience in community organizing or political campaigns in staff or volunteer management positions. Data fluency and technological proficiency with tracking platforms and metrics. Strong training, facilitation, and coaching skills with exceptional communication abilities.
