Description: Native Americans in Philanthropy seeks a visionary Managing Director to serve as a key partner to the CEO and drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and sector influence. This executive-level position will oversee organizational operations, financial sustainability, and strategic planning while advancing NAP's mission to transform philanthropy for Native communities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in public administration, nonprofit management, or related field strongly preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years in executive management roles. Proven experience developing and implementing strategic and business plans that achieve organizational growth and sustainability.
