Salary: $110,000 to $120,000
Description: The Senior Portfolio Manager independently manages NeighborWorks Capital's active loan portfolio from boarding to repayment, including complex and higher risk loans. The role involves proactive risk identification, loan monitoring, draw processing, annual reviews, and analyzing extension and modification requests while maintaining strong borrower relationships.
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or accounting required. At least 5 years of portfolio management experience in multi-family housing and/or commercial real estate, or 7 years in a related field. Knowledge of affordable housing lending, nonprofit financials, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit program required.
