Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

Description: NeighborWorks Capital seeks a Senior Portfolio Manager to independently manage its active loan portfolio from boarding to repayment, including monitoring, draw processing, annual reviews, and modifications for complex and higher-risk loans. The role requires proactive risk identification, analysis of borrower organizational and financial health, and leadership over the permanent loan portfolio. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for engaging borrowers and collaborating with internal Lending and Finance teams.

Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or accounting; at least 5 years of portfolio management experience (preferably in multifamily housing/commercial real estate) or 7 years in a related field; knowledge of LIHTC and federal/state housing subsidy programs; proficiency in nonprofit financial statements and real estate operations; valid U.S. driver's license; willingness to travel 10-15%.
