Description: ROC-NH seeks a Trainer & Housing Cooperative Coach to provide training, education, and business coaching to residents of manufactured-home parks converting to resident-owned communities (ROCs) across New Hampshire. The role involves delivering leadership and business training curricula, attending board and membership meetings, and providing governance and financial guidance to an assigned portfolio of ROCs. This position requires regular evening and weekend availability and in-state travel.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in training, business coaching, or education; ability to read financial documents; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver's license; ability to work nights and weekends.
