Qualifications: Commercial underwriting or lending experience at a mission-based small business lender or similar financial experience in actuarial, audit, business analysis, or accounting; Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field; proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret business financial statements; strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
