Salary: $104,000 - $130,000
Description: The Vice President, CDFI Training will lead the execution and continuous improvement of OFN's practitioner training portfolio, overseeing virtual, in-person, hybrid, and on-demand learning experiences for CDFI and mission-driven lending professionals nationwide. This role manages training operations, platforms, curriculum development, and a team of up to three staff while facilitating or co-facilitating trainings. The VP will also help expand OFN's offerings to include on-demand learning, executive board training, and cohort-based programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of direct professional work experience; 3-7 years of experience in the CDFI industry or mission-driven lending; direct lending experience or familiarity with lending operations, underwriting, or portfolio management; experience with program operations, project management, curriculum development, and digital platforms; strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
