Description: The Program Manager will serve as primary contact for 20-30 District Councils, managing day-to-day program support for UrbanPlan delivery and owning external communications including newsletters, social media, and donor reports. This role requires strong writing skills, relationship management, and the ability to facilitate trainings while supporting a hands-on urban development education program reaching thousands of participants annually.
