Salary: $30-$40 per hour
Description: The Capital Deployment Manager will support deployment of catalytic capital to grow employee ownership by managing deal flow, conducting underwriting analysis, and supporting operations of the Employee Ownership Catalyst Fund. This part-time role works directly with business owners, practitioners, and investors to provide financing for companies transitioning to employee ownership.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred. 5 years work experience including 2+ years in loan execution at a loan fund, CDFI, or bank. Knowledge of commercial lending processes, strong financial analysis and project management skills.
