Description: Project Equity is seeking an In-House Graphic Designer to serve as the visual guardian for the Project Equity and EO Equals brands. This role transforms complex research, economic data, and long-form content into high-impact digital assets across social media, web, and print platforms. The designer will support brand governance, digital growth, and cross-functional marketing efforts to advance employee ownership nationally.
Qualifications: 5+ years of graphic design experience; expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva; strong data visualization and digital asset management skills; experience with project management tools like Asana.
