Description: The Senior Donor Services Associate at Proteus Fund oversees all income receipt tracking, grants management, and revenue systems for the organization and its fiscally sponsored projects. This role collaborates closely with Finance staff and FSPs to ensure timely grant submissions, reporting compliance, and accurate donor data management. The position also supports senior leadership in developing proposals and maintaining organizational grant documentation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, finance, business administration, or related field; 5–7 years of experience in nonprofit finance, grants management, donor services, or related administrative operations; knowledge of nonprofit finance systems including accounts receivable, revenue tracking, and reconciliation; experience with CRM/database systems; demonstrated grants management and compliance experience.
