Description: Resonant Energy is seeking a Senior Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead marketing strategy, brand development, and partnership building across Massachusetts and new markets. This role manages a team of three, drives lead generation through earned media, digital channels, and community partnerships, and builds the systems and playbooks needed for expansion.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8+ years in marketing and communications or channel partnership development; 3+ years of direct supervisory experience; sales/business development, B2B marketing, digital marketing, and solar/clean energy or nonprofit/affordable housing experience preferred.
