Description: Rewiring America seeks a Household Navigation Associate to serve as the primary contact for households and contractors navigating home electrification, providing end-to-end support for heat pump and battery installation programs. This role will provide excellent customer service while helping to optimize and scale the service model for residential electric upgrades.
Qualifications: 2-4 years in a customer-facing role responding directly to end-users, clients and/or customers in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex financial/technical information. Strong critical thinking, high autonomy, and capacity to triage high-volume inquiries.
