Description: The Director of Impact Investing leads the execution of the foundation's place-based impact investing strategy, managing the full lifecycle of investments from pipeline development through portfolio monitoring. This role works closely with foundation leadership, donors, and external partners to deploy capital that generates both social impact and financial returns while advancing racial equity commitments.
Qualifications: Minimum of seven years of experience in impact investing, private markets, community development finance, or related fields with at least three years in place-based impact investing. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, demonstrated experience sourcing, underwriting, and executing investments, and deep commitment to racial equity required.
