Description: The AttainmentNC Special Project Lead serves as the primary operational leader for Burke County's participation in AttainmentNC, coordinating cross-sector partners and managing the county's Local Educational Attainment Plan. This role functions as a neutral convener among education, workforce, employer, and community stakeholders to advance career-connected learning and postsecondary attainment.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience + Bachelor's degree required OR 10 years experience + Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in workforce development, education, economic development, public administration, or related field preferred.
